Purpose of processing personal data

The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relationships, and for marketing purposes, etc.

Content of the register

The following types of personal information may be collected, stored, and used:

  • Person’s name
  • Company/organization
  • Contact information (phone number, email address, address)
  • IP address of the network connection
  • Geographic location
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Information about ordered services and their modifications
  • Invoicing information
  • Other information related to customer relationships and ordered services.

Regular sources of information

The data to be stored in the register is obtained from the customer, e.g. from messages sent via web forms, email, phone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer provides their information.

Regular disclosure of data

Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information may be published to the extent agreed upon with the customer.

Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

The data may also be transferred by the data controller outside the EU or EEA.

Principles of register protection

Caution is observed in the processing of the register, and the data processed through information systems are adequately protected. When register data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is managed accordingly. The data controller ensures that stored data, as well as server access rights and other data crucial for the security of personal information, are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description requires it.

Right of inspection and right to request correction of data

Every person in the register has the right to check their data stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the data stored about them or request correction, the request should be sent in writing to the data controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to verify their identity. The data controller responds to the customer within the time specified in the EU Data Protection Regulation.

Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request that their personal data be deleted from the register (“right to be forgotten”). The data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent in writing to the data controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to verify their identity. The data controller responds to the customer within the time specified in the EU Data Protection Regulation.
